Web Content Writing

You could write the most compelling brochure copy in history, but stick it on a web page verbatim, and chances are, it’ll make peoples' eyes glaze over. There are too many examples of written-for-print text slapped onto a website with poor results.

Web copy is like direct mail copy. It's almost always trying to get the reader to do something now, like fill out a form, purchase a product, or read a detailed article.

A great-looking site can't hide the fact that the copy has to WORK for you. Just because a site might be “cool” or “slick” doesn't mean it performs well.
